Survey on real estate market in Belgium — June 2021 – N= 3634

We received the question from advertisers what proportion of Immoweb visitors is looking at properties on Immoweb  for a financial investment.

In search of answers, Immoweb has conduced an online survey to determine the proportion of consideration.

Do you intend to purchase a property as an investment?

More than 3.500 people participated in June, 2021.

41% of respondents replied that they will invest in real estate and 17% had already done it.
